Every build goes in the same order, whatever its size: data first, then theme, apps, integrations and checkout, then speed and tracking before launch.
Catalog and data model
Products, variants, collections, metafields and metaobjects are structured before design starts, so templates pull real fields instead of hard-coded text your team can’t edit.
Theme on Online Store 2.0
Custom Liquid sections and blocks on JSON templates, so pages are assembled and edited in the Theme Editor, not in code.
Apps checked, not stacked
Every installed app is reviewed for what it adds to page weight and what it duplicates. Where Shopify does the job natively, the app goes.
Integrations
ERP, 3PL, accounting and reviews connect through their official Shopify apps where they exist, and through Shopify’s Admin API where they don’t.
Checkout
On Shopify Plus, checkout changes are built as checkout UI extensions and Shopify Functions, the way Shopify supports today, so they survive platform updates.
A speed budget per template
Image sizes, font loading and third-party scripts are checked on every template, and Core Web Vitals are measured on real pages before launch.
Tracking that reaches checkout
Analytics and ad pixels go in through Shopify’s customer events, so checkout and purchase events are recorded where theme scripts can’t reach.

Do you use page builders like Elementor or PageFly?
No. Every theme we build is custom Liquid + Theme Editor sections. Page builders add page weight, slow Core Web Vitals, and lock your team into the builder's pricing. We build sections in the native Shopify Theme Editor so your team can edit anything without code.
What's your turnaround for a custom Shopify Plus theme?
Typical scope: 6–10 weeks from kick-off to launch. We give a fixed timeline in the SOW after the discovery call. If we say 8 weeks, we ship in 8 weeks.
Do you work with existing Figma files or do you design too?
Both. If you have a Figma file, we execute it 1:1 to Liquid. If you don't, we design in Figma first, get sign-off, then build.
