How the audit works
It knocks on the door. It does not read the sign.
The store whose robots.txt says yes while its edge says no is one of the most common silent failures we see — invisible to every robots.txt-based checker.
Most tools that claim to check AI visibility read your robots.txt and tell you what it claims. That tells you nothing about what your CDN actually does when an agent knocks. This one knocks. It issues a real request using each agent’s published user-agent string and records exactly what came back.
Then it runs buyer-intent queries against those assistants with live web search on, and extracts the ordered list of brands each one recommended. That combination surfaces the failure nobody catches from a checklist.

What is an AI visibility audit?
It measures two things: whether AI shopping agents can technically reach and read your store, and whether those assistants actually recommend you when a shopper asks what to buy. Traditional SEO tools measure neither.
How do I know if my store is visible in ChatGPT?
Run the audit above. It asks ChatGPT the questions your customers ask — “best [your category] to buy right now” — and records whether you appear, where you rank, and who got recommended instead. It also checks whether ChatGPT’s crawler can reach you at all, which is where a surprising number of stores fail.
How long does it take?
