A fixed number before anything starts
Scope and price are written down after the call and they do not move. No hourly meters, no change-order culture, no surprises in week six.
Move four sliders and see the build range, the timeline and what Shopify itself will charge at your revenue. Then book 30 minutes with the engineer who will build it and get the fixed number in writing within 12 hours.
Build pricing is ours. Platform pricing is Shopify's published pricing. The verdict is honest either way, including when the answer is "stay on Advanced".
Plus charges 0.18% on B2B revenue against 0.35% on D2C, so a wholesale mix lowers the platform fee at scale.
Build bands are our published starting points: focused work from $2,500, theme builds from $12K, Plus builds and migrations $25K to $150K+, headless from $15K, and they scale with revenue, catalogue and integration count. Platform figures use Shopify's published US pricing: Plus floor $2,300/mo (3-year) or $2,500/mo (1-year), variable platform fee 0.35% of D2C sales (0.40% on 1-year) and 0.18% of B2B sales, capped at $40,000/mo, whichever of floor or fee is higher. Shopify Payments 2.15% + 30c on Plus against 2.50% + 30c on Advanced ($399/mo). Everything here is an estimate; the number in writing after the call is fixed.

Checkout extensions, Functions, Flow, B2B company accounts, Markets. Most brands upgrade to Plus and never use them. We build around them.
We look at your store together, live. By the end you know what needs building, what does not, and what it costs.
What you sell, where revenue comes from, what is slowing you down and what you need this build to change.
We open the store, the theme and the app stack and show you where the friction, the debt and the missed Plus features are.
Rebuild or iterate. Plus or standard. Headless or not. We say which and why, including when the answer is "not yet".

Not always, and we will say so. Plus earns its cost once you need checkout customisation, B2B company accounts, Flow automation or higher API limits. If you are not there yet we scope for standard Shopify and tell you what would trigger the upgrade.
You still leave with the written plan. We turn down work that is not worth doing and say so plainly on the call. There is no obligation and nothing to cancel.
