Packages · fixed scope, fixed number, launch date

Shopify Plus packages: three fixed-scope tiers, $50,000 to $200,000, and custom above.

For brands with a real project: a launch, a move to Shopify Plus, a build that has to talk to booking or POS, or a storefront that has outgrown Liquid. Three tiers, each with a fixed scope, one number inside its range and a launch date, quoted in writing after one thirty-minute call. Nothing is billed by the hour once it is agreed.

Shopify Plus packages · the ladder

Three tiers. One number each.

Read down: the project gets bigger, the range and the timeline with it. Every row links to the proof behind it.

  1. Launch or replatform

    Build

    Range$50k – $100k

    4–10 weeks

For A private-label brand going live on a custom theme, or an established store moving to Shopify Plus without losing rankings, customers or order history.

    • Custom Shopify or Shopify Plus theme, written from scratch
    • Catalogue set up, or migrated and reconciled with customers and orders
    • URL-for-URL redirect map on a replatform, so rankings carry over
    • Launch checklist, rollback plan and a written hand-over

    The 4-week private-label launch — custom theme, 10 products — is a fixed $40,000 inside this tier.

  2. Shopify Plus with integrations

    Plus build

    Range$100k – $200k

    12–14 weeks

For Multi-location, B2B or service retail where the store has to talk to booking, POS or ERP, and the checkout has to do more than take a card.

    • Custom Shopify Plus theme, written from scratch
    • Checkout extensibility and Shopify Functions where the rules need them
    • One deep integration built and documented: booking (Zenoti), POS/ERP or 3PL
    • B2B company accounts, Shopify Markets, the analytics stack
    • Launch with a written hand-over and thirty days of defect support
  3. Headless, multi-storefront, enterprise

    Custom quote

    PricedAs one build

    16 weeks and up

For Brands whose speed, content and scale have outgrown Liquid, or that run several storefronts, markets or brands from one back end.

    • Hydrogen or Next.js storefront on the Storefront API
    • CMS, design system and component library, documented
    • Several storefronts or markets from one catalogue
    • Edge caching, a performance budget and the analytics stack
    • Scoped and priced as one build, in writing

Each tier is a range; the written quote is one number inside it. A project that spans two tiers is quoted as one build, not two.

In every package

The same five commitments, whatever the tier.

These are the terms, not the marketing. They are in the written scope of every build.

  1. A fixed number, in writing, before the deposit

The scope and the price are one document. Nothing is billed by the hour after it is agreed; extras are priced per item, in writing, before they are added.

  2. The engineer who scopes it builds it

One senior engineer end to end. No hand-off from a salesperson to a team you have not met.

  3. A weekly build review you can join

The staging store is yours to open from week one; every week ends with a review of what shipped and what is next.

  4. Launch with a checklist and a written hand-over

Go-live runs from a checklist; you receive the documentation for every custom part. Thirty days of defect support follow launch; a retainer is available from day 31.

  5. A written reply within 12 hours

Every enquiry, before and during the build. Calls are scheduled in Eastern Time.

How a package is priced

One call, one document, one number.

The sequence from the first call to day 31 after launch.

Step 01

The call · 30 minutes

You bring the store (or the brand), the platforms it has to talk to and the date you have in mind. We say which package fits, and where it does not.

Step 02

The written scope and the number

What is built, what is not, the launch week and the fixed price, as one document. No estimate ranges, no hourly rate.

Step 03

Deposit and kickoff

A deposit books the start week. Access, data and design assets are collected in the first days; the staging store exists by the end of week one.

Step 04

The build, in weekly reviews

Design approved per screen set, then the build in weekly increments you can open and click through. Extras, if any, are priced per item before they are added.

Step 05

Launch, and thirty days after

Go-live from a checklist with a rollback plan, documentation handed over, and thirty days of defect support. From day 31, a retainer if you want the same team on it.

Which Shopify Plus package fits

Start from the situation, not the price.

Seven situations we hear most; each one points at the package it usually needs.

We are launching a new brand and have the products
Build
We are on Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce or Salesforce and want out
Build
Our store has to talk to a booking system, a POS or an ERP
Plus build
We sell B2B and DTC from one catalogue
Plus build
Our pages are slow and the marketing team waits on developers for every landing page
Custom
We run several storefronts, markets or brands from one back end
Custom
The store is fine; we need it to convert harder every month
A retainer, not a package

After the package

Day 31: the retainers.

  • Essential$2,500 / mo
  • Growth$6,000 / mo
  • Partner$12,000 / mo

Every package ends with thirty days of defect support. From day 31 the same engineer can stay on the store as a retainer: Essential keeps it healthy, Growth moves a number every month, Partner acts as your ecommerce engineering team.

The retainers, in full

Shopify Plus packages: straight answers.

What is a fixed-scope Shopify Plus package?

A build with the scope, the price and the launch week written down before it starts. The three tiers on this page are the scopes we build most often, each with a price range; the written quote after the call is one number inside it, and that is the number you pay. Nothing is billed by the hour once it is agreed.

My project does not match any of the three tiers. What then?

Then it is quoted as one build from the same parts. Most projects that do not fit sit between two tiers (a replatform that also needs a booking integration, a launch with forty products instead of ten); we write one scope and one number for it rather than stacking two.

What is not included in a package?

Shopify and app subscriptions, paid media, photography and copy beyond what the scope lists, and anything not on the written scope. When something extra comes up during the build it is priced per item, in writing, before it is added, so the number never moves without your say.

How do payments work?

A deposit books the start week; the rest is tied to the build milestones you see in the weekly reviews, with the balance at launch. The schedule is part of the written scope.

Who does the work?

The engineer who scopes the build is the one who builds it. We are a remote-first studio registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, with engineering in Lahore; calls are scheduled in Eastern Time and every enquiry gets a written reply within 12 hours.

Why does the private-label launch cost $40,000 when a theme costs $300?

Because it is not a theme. The storefront is written from scratch for the brand, ten products are set up and ready to sell, and it is live four weeks from kickoff with one team on it end to end. PawGuard launched exactly this way, with a verified 1.4-second page speed.

Do you also do retainers after launch?

Yes. Every tier includes thirty days of defect support; from day 31 the same engineer can stay on as a retainer: Essential at $2,500 a month, Growth at $6,000, Partner at $12,000.
