Shopify Stores for Salons and Spas (2026): 11 Brands That Book on Zenoti, Checked and Screenshotted

11 salon, spa and barber brands that run Zenoti and sell on Shopify, checked 10 October 2026: where each Book and gift-card link goes, prices and apps.

A salon or spa sells two things online: appointments and the products used in the chair. On most of the bigger brands those two run on different systems. Zenoti handles the bookings, memberships and service gift cards, and Shopify handles the retail. We wanted to see how the brands that run both actually join them up. On 10 October 2026 we took the salon, spa, barber and studio groups that Zenoti names as customers on its own website and checked each one’s homepage for Shopify code. Eleven passed. For each one we captured the store on a desktop screen and a phone, followed every “Book” and gift-card link to see where it lands, read the retail prices in the public catalogue, noted the apps the store loads, and timed its homepage on a slow phone.

What 11 salon and spa stores have in common

  • Booking mostly happens off Shopify. Six stores send “Book” straight to Zenoti’s online booking pages, three on the brand’s own address (booking.genejuarez.com, book.tricoci.com, workouts.facegym.com) and three on a zenoti.com address. Three more use a booking front end of their own: Skin Laundry’s app, European Wax Center’s location finder and CorePower’s class timetable. Strøm is the exception: it lists each spa’s massages, thermal experiences and packages as products in its Shopify store, so a reservation starts in the cart. Australian Skin Institute has no booking link on its homepage.
  • Gift cards live in two places. Six brands sell their service gift cards through Zenoti, where they can be redeemed against a treatment. European Wax Center, Strøm and Australian Skin Institute sell gift cards through Shopify instead, and Gene Juarez links to both.
  • Three keep the shop on a separate address. Skin Laundry, Boss Gal and CorePower Yoga put their Shopify store on a subdomain (store. or shop.), so a client moves between two sites with two menus.
  • Retail is a small-ticket add-on. The median product costs $18 at European Wax Center, £18 at Ruffians and $31 at Tricoci. Only Boss Gal ($123, skincare from several brands) and Strøm (C$159.82, where the catalogue is mostly treatments) go far past that.
  • Klaviyo again. It loads on nine of the eleven stores. Four sell product subscriptions through Recharge, and four link to a membership page.
  • Load times vary more than the designs do. On our slow-phone test the middle store needed 12.4 seconds to show its main content. Australian Skin Institute (3.8 seconds), Boss Gal and FaceGym (5.1 each) were quickest; Strøm took 22 seconds and European Wax Center about a minute, in both of its runs.

United States

Gene Juarez

The genejuarez.com homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in the US saw it.

The Northwest salon and spa group, with 13 locations on its own count, puts “Book Now” and “Our Experts” as buttons beside the search and the bag, so the desktop header does both jobs at once. The hero marks the brand’s 55th year, the top bar runs a Kérastase buy-two offer, and a chat assistant called Genie offers to help with bookings. Booking runs on Zenoti at booking.genejuarez.com; the shop sells retail with free shipping over $150, product subscriptions through Recharge, and gift cards both as a Shopify collection and through Zenoti. On the phone the header keeps only the menu and the bag. Disclosure: Gene Juarez is our client; we built its Shopify Plus store and the Zenoti booking connection.

What to borrow: a booking page on the brand’s own subdomain keeps the address and the look consistent from shop to appointment, even though a different system runs it. Visit genejuarez.com

Tricoci Salon & Spa

Tricoci Salon and Spa's Shopify store homepage on desktop and mobile, captured on 10 October 2026
The tricoci.com homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in the US saw it.

The salon and spa group (Zenoti lists it as Mario Tricoci) leads with “Hair | Skin | Nails | Body” and two buttons, “Book Now” and “Find a Location”. “Book Now” also sits at the end of the main menu in red, and the top bar announces its new med spa with another booking link. Every booking and gift-card link goes to Zenoti on book.tricoci.com. The shop is compact: 60 products, median $31.

What to borrow: one colour for “Book” wherever it appears, so the eye finds it in the menu, the top bar and the hero. Visit tricoci.com

Skin Laundry

The laser-facial clinics run their main site separately and keep the Shopify store at store.skinlaundry.com. The store still carries the clinic’s offer in its top bar (“Your first facial is $75”), and a black “Book” button sits in the header next to the account icon. The hero sells the serums, with “Shop products” as the only call to action. Booking runs through Skin Laundry’s own app at book.skinlaundry.com, while gift cards are sold on its Zenoti booking site. The catalogue is tight, at eight products up to $59, and Recharge and Yotpo are loaded.

What to borrow: keep the treatment offer in the shop’s top bar, so a product buyer is one click from a first appointment. Visit store.skinlaundry.com

European Wax Center

European Wax Center's Shopify store homepage on desktop and mobile, captured on 10 October 2026
The waxcenter.com homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in the US saw it.

The franchise turns its hero into a booking form: a city, state or zip box with a “Book Now” button over the headline “Smooth, Done Right”. The top bar offers $10 for a referral and a year of free waxing, a ticker below the hero promotes up to 25% off skincare, and on the phone a “Book Appointment” bar stays fixed to the bottom of the screen. Booking starts at locations.waxcenter.com, the referral sign-in runs on Zenoti, and gift cards are sold through Shopify. The skincare line is priced for an add-on, at a median of $18.

What to borrow: for a chain, asking “where are you?” in the hero is the fastest route to a booking. Visit waxcenter.com

Boss Gal Beauty Bar

The shop.bossgalbeautybar.com homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in the US saw it.

The beauty-treatment bars’ shop opens on a video of their own storefront and the line “Hello, Boss Gal!”. The menu is built for a skincare retailer, with Shop, Brands, Beauty Bar Locations and a Skincare Guide, and the catalogue is the most expensive here, at a median of $123 across 115 products. Booking lives on the main site, which links to bossgalbeautybar.zenoti.com for appointments and gift cards. The shop’s header has no booking link.

What to borrow: a skincare guide in the main menu helps someone choose between brands without a consultation; the gap to close is a “Book” link back to the treatments. Visit shop.bossgalbeautybar.com

CorePower Yoga

CorePower Yoga's Shopify store homepage on desktop and mobile, captured on 10 October 2026
The shop.corepoweryoga.com homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in the US saw it.

The yoga studio chain sells clothing from shop.corepoweryoga.com, with a fashion-store menu (New, Women’s, Men’s, Accessories, Brands We Love, Sale) and a “Shop New Arrivals” hero. Classes, memberships and gift cards stay on the main site, which books through its own timetable pages and app. Zenoti publishes a case study on the chain; nothing on the homepage points to Zenoti directly. The median item is $75.

What to borrow: when the shop sells clothing rather than treatment products, a fashion-style menu by gender and category beats a menu built around the services. Visit shop.corepoweryoga.com

United Kingdom

FaceGym

FaceGym's Shopify store homepage on desktop and mobile, captured on 10 October 2026
The facegym.com homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in the UK saw it.

The facial-workout studios put Workouts first in the menu and a black “Book Now” button beside the basket. The October hero sells memberships through a referral: members can bring a friend free with the code FREEFRIEND, Monday to Thursday, at participating UK studios. Bestsellers follow directly below, and on the phone the store adds an app download banner. Workouts are booked on Zenoti at workouts.facegym.com, where gift cards are also sold. FaceGym runs the most apps in this group: Clearpay and Afterpay, Recharge, Yotpo and Reviews.io, Klaviyo, and both Gorgias and Zendesk.

What to borrow: a member-gets-a-friend offer with a date range and a code turns the hero into a reason to book this week. Visit facegym.com

Ruffians

Ruffians' Shopify store homepage on desktop and mobile, captured on 10 October 2026
The ruffians.co.uk homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in the UK saw it.

The London barbers lead with their product, not their chairs: a “Winner, Best Hair Clay, Tatler Beauty Awards 2026” hero, free shipping over £25 in the top bar, and a GQ logo under the hero on the phone. Booking is a floating “Book Now” button fixed to the corner of the screen, linking to Ruffians on zenoti.com. “Service Gift Cards” also go to Zenoti, while product gifting stays in the Shopify shop. The range is small and affordable: 14 products, median £18.

What to borrow: a floating booking button keeps the appointment one tap away on a shop-first homepage, without taking space in the header. Visit ruffians.co.uk

Canada, New Zealand and Australia

Strøm Spa Nordique

Strøm Spa Nordique's Shopify store homepage on desktop and mobile, captured on 10 October 2026
The stromspa.com homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in Canada saw it.

The Québec Nordic spa opens in French, with an EN switch in the header, and its first three menu items are “Réserver”, “Acheter” and “Préparer sa visite”: book, buy, plan your visit. The hero and top bar are both about one thing, pre-opening offers of up to 50% off at its new Saint-Sauveur spa. Its reservation page sends each visitor to the spa they want, where massages, treatments, thermal experiences and packages are sold as Shopify products; of 250 catalogue items, 87 are massages and 80 treatments. Gift cards are Shopify products too. Zenoti lists Strøm on its customer page; the homepage does not link to Zenoti.

What to borrow: three verbs as the whole main menu tell a first-time visitor exactly what the site is for, and selling a visit as a product lets one cart hold a massage and a gift. Visit stromspa.com

TONI&GUY New Zealand

The toniandguy.co.nz homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in New Zealand saw it.

The Auckland CBD salon gives booking three entry points before the hero: a phone number and “Book Appointment” in the utility bar, and “Book Online” first in the main menu. The hero repeats it with “Book” beside “Explore”, and a search box stays open in the header. All of them go to Zenoti at toniandguynz.zenoti.com. The shop carries 223 products, from hair care to ghd gift sets, at a median of NZ$66.

What to borrow: a phone number next to the booking link, for the clients who would still rather call. Visit toniandguy.co.nz

Australian Skin Institute

Australian Skin Institute's Shopify store homepage on desktop and mobile, captured on 10 October 2026
The australianskininstitute.com.au homepage on 10 October 2026, as a visitor in Australia saw it.

The clinic’s site reads as a skincare brand first. The menu runs Products, Concerns, Skin Kits, Sustainability and Stockists, and the hero launches a Multi-Peptide Serum reformulated for 2026. There is no booking link on the homepage, and the gift card is sold as a Shopify product. Afterpay, Loox reviews and Klaviyo are loaded. Zenoti features the clinic as a customer story.

What to borrow: shopping by concern rather than by product type suits buyers who know their skin problem but not the ingredient. Visit australianskininstitute.com.au

How we checked

  • Who qualified: brands that Zenoti names on its own customer page, case studies or success stories, checked on 10 October 2026. We could reach the websites of 41 of the 47 brands we looked up; eleven of them showed Shopify’s code on the homepage or on a linked shop subdomain. Elizabeth Arden’s UK store also runs on Shopify, but it sells the cosmetics brand, not the Red Door spas that use Zenoti, so we left it out.
  • Booking and gift cards: every “Book”, appointment and gift-card link on the rendered homepage, followed to where it lands. Zenoti’s online booking pages have a recognisable address (webstoreNew), which is how we told Zenoti apart from other booking tools.
  • Screenshots: one laptop-width and one phone-width capture of each homepage, as a visitor in that country would get it. Cookie notices and sign-up offers were closed where the site allowed it, with “decline” chosen whenever it was there.
  • Prices: taken from the product list each Shopify store makes public, in its local currency and for up to 250 items. Where gift cards or treatment packages are listed as products, the top of the range is higher.
  • Speed: two cold loads of every homepage on an emulated mid-range phone, its processor throttled four times and its connection held at 1.6 Mbps, with the quicker load reported. The figure is the moment the largest element finished painting; visitors on good connections get faster pages.
  • Apps: what the homepage itself loads. Tools that only appear on product, booking or checkout pages are not counted.

Running a salon or spa on Shopify and Zenoti

Almost every brand here splits the job the same way: Zenoti keeps the bookings, the client records and the treatment gift cards, and Shopify sells the products. The difference between them is how well the two sides point at each other. The strongest keep “Book” visible on every shop page and booking on their own address, and they are clear about which gift card buys what. Our Zenoti and Shopify integration page explains how we connect the two, and the Gene Juarez case study shows it on a 13-location group. For the wider picture of selling salon and spa services online, see Shopify for salons and spas.
