Shopify agency in Miami: Shopify and Shopify Plus stores for brands selling from Miami to Latin America.
Miami is the one US metro where a Shopify store is expected to sell in two languages, two currencies and two directions from day one. We build for that: storefronts in English and Spanish, Shopify Markets for Latin America, and the beauty, fashion, hospitality and cross-border brands that make the city’s ecommerce.

Shopify agency in Miami
What a Shopify agency has to get right in Miami.
Written for Miami, not swapped in from another city.
Miami brands do not shop for a Shopify agency the way a brand in Ohio does. The buyer may be in Coral Gables, Bogotá or São Paulo; the catalogue may be sold retail in Brickell, wholesale to the Caribbean and direct across Latin America from the same admin; the customer service team answers in Spanish before English. A storefront that treats all of that as an afterthought — an app for translation, a second store for Mexico, a plug-in for duties — breaks the first time a campaign lands.
What we build for Miami brands starts from the platform features made for exactly this: Shopify Markets for currencies, duties and localised catalogues; native translated content rather than a proxy; checkout that shows the landed price; and a theme that reads as well in Spanish as in English. We are not in Miami — the studio is in Wyoming and Lahore, and we travel to Miami for kickoff — and we say so on the first call, along with the fixed number for the work.
What we build for Miami brands
Six things Miami stores need more than most.
Each links to the Florida service page where the scope, process and price live.
- 01
Bilingual storefronts done properly
English and Spanish as first-class languages: translated content in Shopify’s own translation model, hreflang that validates, search and filters that work in both, and email flows in the language the customer chose.
Shopify Plus development in Florida - 02
Shopify Markets for Latin America
Local currencies, duties and taxes shown at checkout, per-market catalogues and pricing, and the payment methods buyers in Mexico, Colombia and Brazil actually use.
International expansion - 03
Beauty, hair and fashion catalogues
Shade and size logic, bundles and replenishment, UGC and reviews wired into product data — the category work behind our beauty and hair case studies, applied to Miami’s largest DTC vertical.
Our beauty work, compared - 04
Hospitality and resort retail
Hotel and spa retail, gift cards that work across properties, and booking beside products in one checkout; the Zenoti build is the reference for service commerce.
Zenoti and Shopify - 05
Wholesale to the Caribbean and Latin America
Shopify Plus B2B company accounts, price lists and net terms for distributors who buy by the pallet, next to the DTC storefront.
B2B and wholesale - 06
Speed on the phones Miami buys on
Sub-2.5-second LCP on mid-range Android over cellular, measured on real devices, because that is the traffic a bilingual paid campaign brings.
Speed optimization in Florida
Local facts that change a build
Miami in five lines: tax, time, peaks, logistics, buyers.
The five things we configure before a Miami store launches.
- Sales tax
- Florida’s 6% state rate plus Miami-Dade’s 1% surtax: 7% at checkout for Miami-Dade addresses, configured by county in Shopify Tax and checked against the 2026 rate tables before launch.
- Time zone
- Eastern. Calls are scheduled in Miami hours; the build runs in ours and yours, so a request at 6 pm is often live by the morning.
- Peaks
- The holiday peak, Art Basel week in December, Swim Week in July and a snowbird season that runs to April. Hurricane season (June to November) means a store that stays up when a warehouse does not.
- Logistics
- PortMiami and MIA make the city the export gateway for Latin America: 3PLs in Doral and Medley, freight forwarders, and duty rules that the storefront has to show before the buyer pays.
- Language
- Roughly seven in ten Miami-Dade households speak a language other than English at home, mostly Spanish. A single-language storefront is leaving money on the table.

Florida
The rest of Florida, and the state-wide services.
Miami is one of four Florida metros with its own page; the Shopify agency in Florida page holds the state-wide services, and every Florida service page below is written for the state rather than a city.
Questions Miami brands ask first.
Do you have an office in Miami?
No. Aqsa Shahzad Official LLC is registered in Sheridan, Wyoming, with engineering in Lahore, and we travel to Miami for kickoff on larger builds. Every commitment is in writing, calls run in Eastern time, and the store’s data stays inside Shopify. If a local office is the deciding factor, the Florida agency comparison lists the four agencies that print a Miami address on their own sites.
Can you build a Spanish and English store on one Shopify account?
Yes, and it is the right way to do it. Shopify’s translation model holds both languages on one store; Markets adds the currencies and duties; the theme is built so navigation, search, filters and checkout read naturally in both. Two separate stores for two languages is the pattern we replace most often in Miami.
Can the same store sell to Colombia, Mexico and Brazil?
With Shopify Markets, yes: per-market pricing and catalogues, duties and taxes at checkout, local payment methods where Shopify Payments supports them, and fulfilment rules for the 3PL that ships from Miami. Where a market needs its own entity or a local marketplace, we say so in the scope.
What does a Shopify agency cost in Miami?
The same as anywhere we work: a monthly retainer from $1,500, or a project or Shopify Plus build scoped as one written number after we have read the store. Miami-specific work — a second language, Markets, cross-border fulfilment — is itemised in that scope rather than hidden in a day rate.
How do you handle Miami-Dade sales tax?
Shopify Tax with county-level rates: 6% state plus the 1% Miami-Dade surtax, applied by ship-to address, with the exemptions and holidays Florida runs each year checked before launch. For wholesale we set up resale certificates on B2B company accounts so tax-exempt buyers are not charged.
How fast can a Miami store launch?
A four-week private-label launch is exactly that; a Shopify Plus build with Markets and a second language runs eight to fourteen weeks; a migration adds the time it takes to reconcile customers, orders and redirects. The timeline is in the written scope and reviewed with you every week.
