Jewelry stores are harder than they look: one-of-one inventory, diamond and stone search, ring sizing, engraving, a buyer who visits nine times before spending $14,000, and a product photograph that has to do the work a counter would. Few Shopify Plus agencies have done it more than once, and fewer say so. This list names only agencies whose own pages name jewelry clients, checked on 26 September 2026, with any results they publish. We are on it under the same rule, with our own jewelry work linked.
Key takeaways
- Five agencies below name jewelry clients on their own sites; one (Craftberry) publishes a jewelry conversion result, one (GemFind) has done nothing but jewelry since 1999.
- The jewelry-specific questions are inventory and search: one-of-one pieces, made-to-order lead times, stone and setting filters, and financing at checkout. Ask for a live store with each.
- Our jewelry work is the Shopify Plus for jewelry brands page — diamond search, one-of-one inventory, Klaviyo flows built for a nine-session buyer — and the CRO write-up of how that buyer actually behaves.
The agencies
GemFind — Newport Beach, California
Founded 1999 and jewelry-only: a jeweler marketing company with a Shopify Plus page, naming Simone & Son Jewelers, Mervis Diamonds, Geoffrey’s Diamonds & Jewelry, Cathy Eastham Fine Jewelry and The Diamond Guys in its case studies, which are framed as SEO visibility and revenue impact rather than build write-ups. States Shopify Partner and Shopify Plus Partner status. The specialist if you are an independent jeweler with a physical store first. gemfind.com
Craftberry — Varna, Bulgaria
Founded 2015, a stated Shopify Premier Partner, with a jewelry-and-luxury page whose lead case study is Nicole Rose: custom theme, optimisation and UX, with a published result of a 46% conversion-rate increase and +27% revenue per visitor. Plamexs (luxury resale, +7% CR, “100% SEO and data preserved” on migration) is the second. The most detailed published jewelry numbers on this search. craftberry.co
Radiant — Birmingham, UK and Dubai
A stated Shopify Plus / Premier Partner with a jewellery page naming Edge of Ember, Muru Jewellery, Rocksbox and V Coterie as its own builds (and citing Mejuri, Monica Vinader and Missoma as industry references, not clients — worth noting the difference). No published results. UK jewellery brands and Gulf retailers. byradiant.com
THAILS — Amsterdam and New York
A Shopify-focused agency (“7+ years focused on Shopify”, “500+ projects”) stating Shopify Plus Partner status, with a jewelry niche page naming Love Is Project, Lisa Robin and Hey Harper. No published results. thails.com
Eastside Co — London and New York
Founded 2012, a stated Shopify Platinum Partner, which publishes a “best Shopify jewellery and accessory stores” article and has written up the launch of a Shopify Plus jewellery brand built around themed drops and artist collaborations. Cutler and Gross (eyewear) is the nearest named luxury-accessory client on its main list. eastsideco.com
Aqsa Shahzad Official — Sheridan, Wyoming and Lahore
Our jewelry offer is a page, not a badge: Shopify Plus for fine jewelry brands — diamond and stone search built into the theme, one-of-one inventory that cannot oversell, financing and protection plans at checkout, Klaviyo flows written for a buyer who takes nine sessions, and attribution that survives them. The jewelry CRO guide shows the nine-session path to a $14,000 ring and what each session needs. Prices are on the packages page; the engineer who scopes the build writes it.
What to ask a jewelry agency
- How do you sell one of one? Ask for a live store where a unique piece cannot be sold twice, and how holds and made-to-order lead times are handled.
- Show me the stone search. Shape, carat, colour, clarity, setting, metal — as filters that work on a phone, not a spreadsheet embedded in a page.
- What is at checkout? Financing, insurance or protection, engraving, gift options, ring size — each is a checkout-extensibility question on Plus. Ask what was built, not what was installed.
- How do you handle the nine sessions? Jewelry buyers return many times before buying. Ask what the agency does with email and SMS between visits and how it attributes the sale.

Shortlist three, put the four jewelry questions and the 14 general ones to each, and compare the written scopes. The 12-agency comparison has the wider field; the beauty and pet lists are the other verticals.
